By using the LushApex Studio website, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Educational scope
Our resources provide general graphic design education for beginners. They do not promise employment, income, grades, certification, or a particular creative result.
3. Catalog and prices
Catalog entries describe educational resources and show prices in Argentine pesos. Availability, descriptions, and prices may change before a separate purchase agreement is completed.
4. Accounts and local features
The displayed login and registration controls represent account pathways. Fallows and Cart currently store selections locally in the browser and do not constitute a completed order.
5. Intellectual property
LushApex Studio owns or licenses the site text, lesson structure, and brand assets. You may use your own exercises for personal or professional portfolio purposes, but may not copy, resell, or republish our teaching materials.
6. Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the website, submit unlawful or harmful content, impersonate another person, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated activity that burdens the service.
7. Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the site accurate and available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free content. You are responsible for keeping your browser and device secure.
8. Changes and contact
